A private clinic doing taxi and lorry driver medicals runs on it, from the public website and online booking to the doctor’s screen and the forms drivers take away.

The challenge
Every council has its own taxi medical form, and the DVLA has the D4 for lorry and bus drivers. Filling them in by hand for every driver is slow and easy to get wrong.

Online booking
Drivers book and pay a card deposit online, with prices set by the clinic.

Today’s list, the waiting room, the medical screen, outcomes, payments and receipts.
Forms filled in
Over 60 council forms and the DVLA D4, completed onto the official PDFs.
Records and recall
Driver records, fleet accounts and invoices, with reminders when the next medical is due.
Clinical safeguards
Signed records can’t be changed, every look at a record is logged, and sign-in needs two factors by role.
