About the project
A UK charity takes its online donations through it. Donors build a basket across appeals, add Gift Aid and pay by card, and staff look after donors, receipts and offline gifts behind the scenes.
The challenge
A charity needs Gift Aid declarations, receipts and clean donor records as well as a quick way to give. The platform had to do all of that and still look like each charity’s own site.

A donation builder, a basket across appeals, quick donate and a carousel of current appeals.

Card payments with a Gift Aid declaration and an option to cover the fees.

Giving history, PDF receipts and consent, with sign-in by emailed code, password or Google.

A donations book with CSV export, donor records, the appeals catalogue and a dashboard.

Cash, cheques and bank transfers recorded alongside online gifts.
