Who we are

This website is run by OMNITYX LIMITED (company number 16533807), trading as OmniTyx. We are responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us through our contact form.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address, the service you chose and what you wrote about your project, plus your organisation and phone number if you choose to give them. When we reply, the conversation continues by email.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages viewed, roughly where visitors are, the device and browser, and whether an enquiry was sent. It isn’t used for advertising. The details are in Cookies below.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to prepare and carry out the work you ask for. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Analytics only runs with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who else handles it

Enquiries pass through the service that delivers our website form and our email provider, who process them on our behalf. If you accept analytics cookies, Google processes that usage data for us. We don’t sell your data or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request. If an enquiry doesn’t lead to work, we delete it within 12 months. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Send your request through our contact form and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them. The other two items are kept in your browser to make the site work as you’d expect and are never sent to us.
