About the project
A GP federation runs governance across its practices on it. Each practice records incidents, risks, complaints, policies and daily checks in one place, and leaders see how every site stands against the five CQC key questions.

The challenge
Before an inspection, every practice has to show evidence against each CQC key question. The aim was to keep that evidence up to date as part of everyday work, so the pack is ready on the day rather than gathered in a rush.
