How does a project start?
With a short call to understand what you need, followed by a written scope with milestones and costs. Nothing starts until you are happy with the plan.
Can you work alongside our existing team?
Yes. We often join an in-house team for a specific piece of work and hand over everything, including documentation, when it is done.
Where is our data hosted?
In the cloud region you choose. We set up hosting, backups and access so you stay in control of where your data lives.
What happens after launch?
You can choose ongoing support, covering monitoring, updates and fixes, or take full ownership with a complete handover.
How is pricing worked out?
Either a fixed price for a clearly scoped project, or a monthly arrangement for ongoing work. You will always know the cost before we begin.
